It’s amazing how many supplements are sold and never used, or not used as directed. The other day we were doing a follow up to check on an arthritic client to see how the Omega-3’s had helped her. She reluctantly admitted that she had only taken a couple of capsules and forgot they were in her cabinet. Let’s face it, our lives are busy.
